IRFU Guidelines
Guideline Summary for Youth/Mini Players
- All partcipants must complete a Pre-Rugby Personal Assessment Declaration Form for every training session / match. Links below to the age grades
- All players must arrive in kit and only change footwear/jersey at the club
- Players must bring their own water bottle
- Players will be grouped in pods and restricted to zones
- Changing rooms & shower facilities will remain closed
- All attendees must sanitise their hands prior to going on pitch at the club, santisation stations are highlighted at the grounds
- All participants are asked to depart the club immediately after training or a match. No meetings or gatherings should take place
Club Registration - All Levels Playing/Non-playing
Preparation for Youth Player Registration
- Ensure you have a passport photo image of the player to upload
- Ideally the photograph should be:
- Passport standard size where at all possible (not the passport )
- Shoulders and head where possible in shot
- White background
- No cap/hat/scarf, covid mask :)
- Using the phone to register, it will allow to take and upload a selfie/rotate camera
- Ensure you have a proof of age photo image to upload
