Pirates have purchased new Video Analysis Software for use
across the club among the age grades, but, initially will be used by
Club Coach Robbie Doyle, to build a portfolio on J1 and J2 players over
the coming weeks. A night will be organised in the clubhouse to show
the worth of this tool in rectifying individual and team play and its
use in post match analysis.
J1 & J2 TRAINING EVERY Tues and Thurs at 7pm - All Welcome !!
* Cobh Pirtates
have entered a team in the
South Western u21 Development League. We appeal to players that qualify
for this age group and are not training to make an effort to get to
the Paddocks.
* The u19s had
an excellent team building day last Saturday, which involved many
physical and mental tasks over a number of hours at various points
around the Great Island. The day culminated with a BBQ back at the
club with Sumo Suits and Bouncing Boxing providing the apres match
entertainment. Overall, it was great to see a great turn out and we
wish Eoin Chandler and Ian Dunne the very best with this age group.
* Leprechaun
Rugby (u6) started last Saturday
in the Paddocks, the numbers were good at 26, we encourage any parents
thinking of making that trip to the Paddocks with your 5 and 6 year
olds to do so. All are very welcome.
* Fund
Raiser - World Champion Dart
